Born from our own experiences travelling the world, we realized the best trips didn’t come from packed schedules or polished itineraries — they came from good people, authentic experiences, and simply saying yes more often.
So we built a brand that combines thoughtful planning with freedom, connection, and ease. Our experiences blend adventure, culture, good food, movement, and downtime in a way that feels effortless and unforgettable. Whether you're joining us in Mexico, Europe, or somewhere brand new, every see you soon experience is designed to feel authentic, safe, and alive — the kind that stays with you.

Hola, Ciao, Bonjour! I’m Aysia — a travel-loving creative, aspiring linguist, and beginner surfer with a passion for design, storytelling, and intentional living. I run a digital marketing company where I blend visuals and strategy to bring ideas to life in a meaningful way.
I live in pursuit of beauty, balance, and connection — whether that’s through a great meal shared with friends, a quiet moment in the garden, or a spontaneous trip to somewhere new.
I’m married to my best friend and highschool sweetheart Jeff, and we share life’s adventures with our dog Welli.
You’ll in the garden, tinkering with herbs, at the gym, or chasing waves. I believe in living slowly, eating well, and creating things that feel good and do good.

Hiii, I’m Maddie — a writer, surfer and slow travel enthusiast with a deep love for storytelling, connection, and going a little off grid.
I’ll likely be the first one up, putting a pot of coffee on and probably trying to talk someone into a sunrise dip.
I’ve spent the past decade working as a journalist, editor, copywriter and consultant, always chasing a good story — whether through words or lived experiences. I’m endlessly inspired by people, places, and the pure magic that happens when we slow down and share something real.
You can usually find me near the water — chasing waves somewhere warm (often with more enthusiasm than skill, might I add), hiking with my dog, Chico, or camping out in my Westfalia. At the heart of everything I do is a love for life — full, messy, beautiful life — and a deep desire to make the most of it.

Hi! Hi! I’m Cass :)
I’m someone who’s always been drawn to new experiences, meaningful connections, and the freedom that comes with working remotely. Travel has been a huge part of my life—whether it’s exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, or simply chasing sunshine and good energy. At the heart of it all, I’m just looking to have a rich, authentic human experience.
I believe in living fully, which for me means treating my body well, staying active, and staying curious. As a romantic, I cherish the beauty of the small moments and connections we share with others. Creating this retreat company is my way of bringing those elements together—to offer others the chance to slow down, reconnect, and experience life more intentionally.
TESTIMONIALS
“I finally had some time to reflect on the trip, and I just have to say… holy guacamole, that was truly incredible. It was so clear how much love, thought, and intention you put into every detail, and it made the entire experience feel so special and unforgettable.
From the surf lessons (I still can’t believe how much I improved in just two days!), to the organic farm, the jungle drive, the beautiful beach dinner, and the amazing food, those breakfasts were absolute fire, thank you Aysia! The badass Jiu Jitsu gym, seeing an unreal number of whales from what felt like only a few meters away, and a night out that made me feel 19 again, strong margaritas and barefoot breakdancing included, every moment was unforgettable.
Even the quieter moments were so meaningful. The downtime allowed for real connection with such amazing people, and I feel so grateful to have shared that space with everyone.
What you’re creating is truly something special. It also didn’t go unnoticed that this was a challenging time with everything happening in Mexico, and you handled the unexpected with so much care, calm, and support for your guests. That level of heart and leadership is incredibly admirable.
I already miss you all and the energy of the trip so much. Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience, I feel really lucky to have been part of it. I honestly can’t wait for the next one 🤍”

“As someone who has solo travelled before to Europe, Peru and Thailand, this trip to Mexico has solidified a top spot in my favourite trips. The 3 women running the show know what they’re doing, they are warm and laid back and take care of everything so you can just show up and enjoy a vacation full of fun new experiences with new friends and leave feeling fulfilled and ready for the next one.”

“So beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to join this amazing trip. Aysia, Cass and Maddy did a phenomenal job organizing a the itinerary. All the activities were so thoughtfully curated, and it was obvious how much care and effort went into planning this trip. I really appreciated the emphasis on physical and mental well-being - from physical activities like surfing, pilates, and kickboxing to quieter and more mindful activities like yoga, snorkeling, and having dinner on the beach. There was a great balance of activities with downtime - I felt like I had so many incredible experiences but never felt burnt out or like there wasn't enough downtime. We ate SO well!! A delicious, hearty breakfast and something special planned for dinner every single day. So thankful to leave Mexico with wonderful memories, recipes I want to try, and a lovely group of new friends! Thank you so much Aysia, Cass and Maddy for all the effort you put into this trip. I can't wait to see what you do next!!”

“One big takeaway from my week in Sayulita: breath. Breaktaking views, learning to hold my breath, and learning breathwork to ground me.
It started with in our pool with Fernando, our surf instructor, teaching us how to hold our breath underwater. While it may have felt fitting as the province was on temporary lockdown, it was the beginning of a foundation.
Then yoga: the sun coming up on the rooftop, a fantastic instructor, and more breathing techniques.
Then I suffered the unfortunate fate of a stingray stinger getting well acquainted with my foot. But guess who has a great story about hopping on the motorbike of their surf instructor to get some help? (A tip: stop moving and get some hot water on that bad boy.)
Then there was the Tezmacal Ceremony. My experience in the sweat lodge will stay with me forever. After feeling stingray venom inside my body, pushing through the heat and steam on the outside was still a challenge, but doable. I surprised myself. I held together, 3 seconds in, 6 seconds out. Again and again. My breath and the musical prayers rooting me to the moment. The other 5 girls all pushing through same as I was. I left changed, and bet the others were too, after making it through each of the four doors. Undoubtedly helped by the fact our three incredible leaders, Cass, Maddie, and Aysia, were telling us to hydrate and get electrolytes in all day.
Our leaders were on top of everything. City is locked down? Moved around the activities to other days so we could still do it all. Hungry and stuck in the house with an injury? A plate of nachos piled high made for you. Need a recommendation for a spot to check out? They had dozens at the ready.
If you are looking for a change, days filled with activities, and a way to step outside your comfort zone while knowing someone has your back: book with See You Soon.
So, yes, I wholeheartedly recommend See You Soon for adventurous travellers.”
