for a week of surf, sunshine and adventure in one of Mexico’s most magnetic little beach towns.

We’ll spend our days catching waves, moving our bodies, eating fresh food, and leaning into the laid-back rhythm of Sayulita.

Aysia, a herbalist in training, prepares beautiful and nourishing breakfasts each morning using fresh, local, organic ingredients. Meals are designed to feel grounding, energizing, and supportive for the active days we’ll be spending together exploring Sayulita and the surrounding area.

For those travelling on a tighter budget, or for anyone who simply loves to cook, each suite includes a mini fridge for convenient food storage. You’re also welcome to use the commercial kitchen whenever needed to prepare snacks or simple meals during the day.

Snacks and alcohol are not included, but there are many nearby shops and markets where you can easily pick up anything you may want during your stay.

  • Check in is on Saturday afternoon at 3 pm, and check out is on Saturday morning at 11 am

  • This is an active retreat, you will be moving your body everyday.

  • All equipment is provided

  • No previous surf experience needed

  • There will be a mix of eating out and eating dinners together at the casa

  • Upon booking you will receive a welcome letter with information such as packing list, check in info, etc. to ensure you feel well prepared for your arrival.

  • Once you have booked your flight, please send us your details so we can arrange transportation.

As seen in Conde Nast, De Zeen, INTERIOR DESIGN and Casita MX, NICO is a design inspiration nestled in the jungle featuring five full suite bedrooms, a full commercial kitchen, indoor pool, rooftop patio and stunning views of the ocean.

  • Offering views of the jungle canopy and Sayulita’s famous surf breaks, the Horizon Suite has a large bathroom, kitchenette and open floor plan.

  • Shuttle service is included. We will take care of all transportation to and from the airport.

  • Sharing a room is part of the magic. It creates space for late-night chats, new friendships, and the kind of connection that doesn’t happen over small talk.

    We thoughtfully pair roommates and do our best to honour preferences so everyone feels at ease.

  • We’ll do our very best to accommodate your needs and will keep you in the loop as we finalize the menu.

  • Yes! Guatemala is a very safe and welcoming. Maddie has spent lots of time in travelling around Guatemala and has always felt safe and welcomed, day and night.

  • If you’re not interested in surfing, you have the option of relaxing on the beach, using a boogie board, or taking free time to explore the town.
