All of our activities are thoughtfully curated to share some of our favourite places, people, and experiences — blending movement with local culture and time to slow down. We encourage you to join in, but everything is optional — move at your own pace, and take space when you need it.

OUR CASA
Over the course of the week, we’ll be staying in two carefully selected casas, each chosen for its location, feel, and how it connects to the experience. From the charm of the city to the ease of the coast, each stay is designed to feel comfortable, beautiful, and easy to settle into.
FOOD
All breakfasts and dinners are included.
Aysia, a herbalist in training, prepares beautiful and nourishing breakfasts each morning using fresh, local, organic ingredients. Meals are designed to feel grounding, energizing, and supportive for the active days we’ll be spending together exploring the surrounding area.
Snacks and alcohol are not included, but there are many nearby shops and markets where you can easily pick up anything you may want during your stay.

This is an active experience — expect to move your body daily
A moderate level of fitness is recommended for the Acatenango hike
No previous surf experience required
